Pâté de Zazie- housemade chicken liver and brandy pâté on grilled rustic levain
Moules Marinières- PEI mussels, shallot, white wine, garlic, cream, parsley

Escargots- garlic, wine, butter and parsley
Wild Mushroom Fondue- King Trumpet mushrooms, garlic, shallot, aged Parmesan, herbs, and parsley, grilled baguette

Assiette de Charcuterie- Zoe's prosciutto, smoked salmon rillettes, pâté maison, french olives, cornichons, mustard, greens, toast points (+5)

Salmon Piallat- pan seared wild salmon over risotto, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, mushrooms, peas, hazelnuts and herb butter
Coq au Vin- braised chicken with root vegetables, red wine, and herbs, served with mashed potatoes
Poulet Français- chicken breast stuffed with mixed mushrooms and fresh herbs, served with mashed potatoes and wilted spinach
Boeuf Bourgignon- braised beef stew with root vegetables, red wine, and herbs, served with mashed potatoes
