   Salade d’hiver- hearts of romaine w/bacon, hard boiled eggs, and gorgonzola in a warm shallot vinaigrette  9

Figs Figaro- grilled black mission figs, wilted spinach, and warm chevré on grilled levain 9

        *Patè de Volaille- chicken liver and brandy paté on grilled garlic levain 8

      Pasta de la Courge- fresh organic fettuccine with butternut squash, leeks, tuscan kale, and aged parmesan 16
